Purchase Returns
Local Global Finds (LLC) stands behind the quality of its products with an unconditional guarantee. If you have any doubts about your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of receiving your order delivery date. For purchases at our community partner Pop-Up events, the return window is 10 days from the purchase date. Please note that final sale, holiday novelty merchandise, used products and special orders cannot be returned. To initiate a return, kindly request your return authorization code by contacting us at LocalGlobalFinds@gmail.com. Subject Line: RETURN REQUEST and include your order number.
Purchase Refunds
All return shipments must be postmarked within 7 days of return approval, include the LGF Return Authorization (RA) details and include tracking service. Your item(s) must be returned to Local Global Finds LLC in their original packaging and in unused condition. Please ensure items are properly packed and insured for their original retail value. Items damaged during return shipping are not eligible for refunds. Local Global Finds LLC does not assume responsibility for lost packages. Shipping costs, including return shipping, are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be credited back via the original method of payment. This refund should be processed within three weeks of the processing date as follows:
Within 10 days of purchase: Full refund, less original shipping cost.
Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns are processed within two to three weeks, depending on the condition of the returned merchandise. Purchases that were paid for by LGF Gift Card will be refunded in the form of a new gift card, sent to your billing address.

Local Global Finds (LLC) cannot accept responsibility for personal shipping fees or lost items. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send an email confirmation of your refund. A credit will then be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. If any items from your order arrive damaged, please contact Local Global Finds immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, and photographic proof of the damage must be provided before a refund can be issued.
Additionally, we strive to use recycled packaging for shipping orders. For international shipping inquiries, please contact localglobalfinds@gmail.com for a quote.
