which means “small handicraft” in Nepali, is a Kathmandu-based non-profit NGO founded in 1989. It supports over 1,200 marginalized artisans (mostly women) by offering training, design help, raw materials, and market access. Profits are reinvested into artisan development, staff welfare, and organizational strengthening.
