This is an oversized 39" 100% cotton batik bandana. It is hand-dyed and hand-stamped batik bandana, handmade by artisans in Indonesia. This square scarf is handmade by artisans in Java using centuries old wax & dye batik technique. This fabric is made from soft lightweight bandana fabric. This bandana is made from white cotton fabric that is then hand-stamped and hand-dyed using 700 years old batik wax and dye technique. The batik fabric is also then sun baked. You should expect some variation of the color. This pattern is called Crimson Cross. Red, Maroon, Size: 39”x39” Due to the pre-washing process and the use of hot wax in its creation, our bandana may have slight variations in shape, resulting in a non-perfect square. This minor shrinkage is a natural part of the traditional batik process, adding to the uniqueness of each piece. Larger than our normal size batik bandana of ~22". XL bandana. Bandana top.
Made with 100% cotton fabric Machine washable in cold and air dry.
Care Instructions:
